William “Bill” Nigh, 83, of Golden, Colorado, was a beloved son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. His passing leaves a space in the lives of all who knew and loved him, and he will be deeply missed.

Bill was born in Denver, Colorado, on October 6, 1942. Over the years, he made a home in several places, including Arizona and California, before returning to the Colorado he loved. No matter where life took him, the mountains always held a special place in his heart. He enjoyed being outdoors, spending time in the mountains, and especially going fishing.

Bill spent many years working in sales for Plastics Inc. / Timberline Plastics, where he sold plastic and metal piping and accessories. Through his years of work, he formed many friendships and lasting connections with the people he met along the way.

More than anything, Bill will be remembered for the love he had for his family and the memories he created with them. He was a proud father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, and his family will treasure the time they shared with him and carry his memory with them always.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Roberta Nigh, his brother Jim Nigh, and his beloved wife, Sandra Nigh.

He leaves behind his brother and sister-in-law, Don and Sandy Nigh; his children, Kerri and her husband Dave, Billy, and Chris and his wife Carol; his grandchildren, Kyle and his wife Sarah, Kayla, Jon, Bo, Megan, Henry, and Jackson; and his great-grandchildren, Macie, Remi, and Connor.

Although Bill is no longer with us, his memory will live on through his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched. The stories shared, the time spent together, and the love he gave will remain in the hearts of those who knew him.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at Golden Cemetery, 755 Ulysses St., Golden, Colorado 80401.
