December 4, 1958 ~ June  9, 2015 56, of Byers, CO.  Passed away June 9, 2015.  Tammy was born to Herbert and Juanita Simmons December 4, 1958 in Denver, Colorado.  She is survived by her husband Willis;  sister Sue Telitz and her husband Monte; brother David Simmons and his wife Laurie Simmons, Jim Simmons and his wife Pam LaBate Simmons;  her niece that she was extremely close to is  Michelle Brees Martinez;   and she also has additional named  Elizabeth Simmons, Julie Simmons, Joe Simmons, Dustin Simmons and Troy Brees; 1 great niece and 2 great nephews.  Many more friends and family members.  She loved to laugh, she was always laughing, and had a huge heart.  Tammy  will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
