Susan Kay Rusch Smith, of Littleton, Colorado, passed away on August 22, 2017,after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Denver and lived in Wheat Ridge all of her growing up years. Susan graduated from Wheat Ridge High School in June 1974. Spent a career and retired from the telephone company. Later becoming a successful Real Estate representative. From her first marriage she was blessed with Sean and April Glaser, who were the high light of her life. She always dreamed of having her children graduate from college and after much hard work she achieved that goal. Susan loved her large family and friends, she was a fabulous gourmet cook, always loved to travel and ballet was a great part of her life. On May 24th 2008 Susan married the love of her life Brad Smith, they enjoyed many wonderful times together. Brad was by her side and supported her in every way through her fight for life. To know Susan was to love her, and anyone who knew her would agree. She is survived by her beloved husband, Brad, Son Sean and Daughter April, (Trevor). She is further survived by her siblings, Chriss (Marleny) Mark (Cristy) Donna (Tom) Bob (Sheila) and Mother Coleen (Irv); Numerous nieces, nephews cousins and many friends. Her father Will Rusch is waiting with open arms to greet her in Heaven. May your grief be replaced by pleasant memories……..
