Sebastian Knight Smith October 12, 1993 - July 20, 2016 Born in Morristown, NJ Sebastian was adventurous and loved the outdoors. He touched the hearts and souls of everyone he met. He was cherished by his friends and family for his honesty, devotion and love of being free spirited. This past year so many positive things happened for Sebastian. Most importantly, he started to win his battle with addiction which he was very proud of. July 21, 2016, he would have celebrated 1 year of being clean. Sebastian was a hard worker. He had passions for cooking, fishing, hiking, reading and helping others. He had a kind and gentle soul. Sebastian was loved by many and will be missed by all. Sebastian is survived by his parents Katherine and Patrick O’Rourke of Nederland, Colorado. His step-dad, Scott Goldberg of Chester, NJ. Siblings Steven, Emily and Ryan Goldberg all of New Jersey. Corbin O’Rourke of Colorado, many Aunts, Uncles and Grandparents. Sebastian is also survived by his best friend, Jess Wilkinson of Colorado
