April 13, 1944 ~ December 31, 2015 Survived by her Loving husband Bill. Mother to daughters Teresa Offrett and Kerri Reinholt, sons David Carlucci, Billy and Chris Nigh. Grandmother to Kyle and Kayla Reinholt, Jonathan, Bo and Megan Nigh, Joseph Kolenc, great granddaughter Macie. Also survived by her mother in law Roberta Nigh and brother in law Don Nigh. She loved them all and will be missed by all. Sandra passed away 8 days before her and Bill's 33rd. anniversary
