August 9, 1948 ~ April 3, 2015 66, of Lakewood, CO.  Passed away April 3, 2015.  Sandra was born to Joseph and Rose Novak August 9, 1948 in St. Louis MO.  Preceded in death by both parents and her husband Rudolph Frank.  She is survived by her bother Ronald Novak and many more friends and family members.  Private interment will be held at  Fort Logan National Cemetery.   She will be greatly missed by all.
