Russell Vene Critchfield, 58, of Westminster passed away surrounded by loved ones on Oct. 13, 2017 following a brave struggle with ALS. Russ graduated from Ranum High School and Colorado State University. He had a distinguished career at Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits. He enjoyed spending time with family and life-long friends. He was an avid fly fisherman and cook. Russ is the son of Donald R. and Barbara J. Critchfield. Russ is survived by his beloved wife Tammie, sons Kyle and Dylan, sister Carol, nieces and nephew. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Thursday Oct. 19th at 6953 W. 92nd Lane, Broomfield. A celebration of Russ’s life will follow at Ciancio’s 9650 Sheridan Blvd, Westminster. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the ALS Association. Rocky Mountain Chapter.
