Pricilla Georgia Medina, affectionately known as Honey, passed away peacefully on May 18, 2025, in Henderson, Colorado, at the age of 83. Born on February 12, 1942, in Denver, Colorado, Pricilla was a vibrant spirit whose presence illuminated the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

With her giving and caring nature, Pricilla became the bedrock of her family, always pouring her love and attention into those around her. She was a beautiful soul, the sweetest person one could encounter, with a patient demeanor that made everyone feel at ease. Her strong-minded character and feistiness drove her ambition, ensuring that she tackled every endeavor with determination—always finishing what she started.

Pricilla's culinary skills were unparalleled; she was a wonderful cook renowned for her signature beans and chili. Her passion for cooking was matched only by her love for the festive decorations she crafted for holidays and gatherings, making every celebration a memorable occasion. She enjoyed visiting Central City and cherished the adventures of her younger years, which were filled with fishing and camping trips under the endless skies. She also took great delight in shopping and, most importantly, spending quality time with her beloved family.

Among her proudest accomplishments was the 69 years she spent together with her husband, Fidel. This enduring partnership was a testament to their love and devotion to one another. Pricilla was exceptionally proud of her family, having raised her grandchildren great grandchildren as if they were her own children, nurturing them with the same love and commitment she showed throughout her life.

Pricilla is preceded in death by her parents, John Andrew Maestas and Phyllis Maestas; her siblings, Angie Cirillo, John Maestas, Gloria Romero, Barbara Miller, Charlene Maestas, and Elaine Gonzales; and her son, Mark Medina. Those still here is her loving husband, Fidel Medina; her children, Rochelle Medina, Regina (Jess) Rodriguez, and Joseph Medina; her grandchildren, Danielle (Joseph) Maldonado, Rocky Gallegos, Jess Rodriguez, and Marcus Rodriguez; her great grandchildren, Mariah Maldonado and Alyssa Maldonado; as well as her brother, Donald Maestas.

Pricilla Georgia Medina leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and warmth that will forever be cherished by family and friends alike. She will be dearly missed, but her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.
