December 23, 1923 - January 5, 2013 Phil Anderson of Lakewood, Colorado passed away January 5, 2013. He was 89 years old. Phil loved Jazz music and Frank Sinatra, he also enjoyed photography, golf and traveling. His family describes him as a "computer whiz", he always had and worked the newest technologies. Phil is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Ruth, three children; Darlene (Don) Maurer, Doug Anderson and Carol (Tom) Lewis, six grandchildren; Carol (Eric) Whittenburg, Laura (Jeremy) Bauer, Andrew Maurer, Jeff (Stacy) Lewis, Abby Lewis and Aaron Anderson, seven great-grandchildren; Jacinda, Nathan, Jaimen Whittenburg, Haley Bauer, Drew Adams, Deacon and Kennedy Lewis, and one brother; Wesley (Mayumi) Anderson. Phil will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Arrangements under the direction of Malesich and Shirey Funeral Home and Colorado Crematory.
