Pedro Cardenas Banuelos passed away on October 10, 2026, at the age of 76.
Pedro was truly a jack of all trades, able to fix nearly anything and, just as importantly, willing to teach others how to do it too.
Born on April 27, 1950 in Zacatecas, Mexico, moving to Colorado in his teens, Pedro will be remembered as a hardworking man whose unwavering love for his family shaped the lives of those around him. He was deeply family oriented, always willing to help anyone at any time, and generous not only with his time, but with his knowledge as well. Those who knew him understood that his care for others was not something he spoke about lightly; it was something he lived every day.
Pedro was truly a jack of all trades, able to fix nearly anything and, just as importantly, willing to teach others how to do it too. He found meaning in sharing what he knew, offering guidance with patience and generosity. In this way, his influence reached far beyond the task at hand, leaving others more confident, more capable, and grateful for the lessons he so freely gave.
More than anything, Pedro created unique and lasting memories through the personal, loving relationships he built with his family. He was always present, offering steady support, warmth, and devotion. His love was felt in everyday moments as much as in life’s milestones, and those memories will continue to be treasured by all who had the blessing of knowing him.
Pedro is survived by his beloved wife, Sara Cardenas; his son, Pedro Cardenas; his daughters, Rita Cardenas and Ruby Cardenas, as well numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Each of them carries forward the love, strength, and example he gave so freely, and each was touched by his constant presence and generous spirit.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Rita Banuelos, and his father, Eustasio Cardenas.
More than anything, Pedro created unique and lasting memories through the personal, loving relationships he built with his family.
Pedro Cardenas Banuelos leaves behind a legacy of love, hard work, kindness, and service to family. He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever held close in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
