Melissa Michelle Gonzales, born on August 30, 1978, passed away on August 23, 2026. She will be remembered with deep love by those who knew her and by the family who held such an important place in her life.

Melissa’s memory lives on in the hearts of her children, Gabriella Fuentes and Alexander Ramirez. She is also lovingly remembered by her parents, Elena Cardenas and Gilbert Gonzales; as well as stepparents, Arnold Alire, Daniel Vigil, and Janet Gonzales; her sisters, Natalie Gonzales and Angela Gonzales; and by her grandchildren, John Cooley, Braxten LeDay, and Mateo LeDay. The love of family surrounded Melissa’s life, and her presence will continue to be felt in the bonds they share and in the memories they carry forward together.

A memorial service for Melissa will be held on September 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at 7781 Mountain View Dr, Frederick, Colorado 80530. Those attending are invited, in her memory, to wear a touch of lavender or botanical flower colors.

Melissa will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered. May her memory bring comfort to her family and friends in the days ahead.
