October 25, 1964 ~ June 2, 2015 Martin Scott Okeneske was known to everyone as Scott. He was born in Denver, Colorado, on October 25, 1964 to Michael (Mike) Frank Okeneske and Lois Ann (LuAnn) Wells Okeneske Stone. He passed in his sleep on June 2, 2015. Scott was preceded in death by his brother, Michael David (Mike to his friends, Rusty to his family), in February 2008. Scott had one daughter, Gennipher Dowling-Emter. In addition to his daughter, he is also survived by both his mother and father, his son-in-law Christopher Emter, his 4 grandchildren, Haley 12, Steven 11, Peyton 9, and Brock 7, his sister Lisa Horswill, and his aunts Patricia Okeneske-Azzolina and Sue Wells. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 20th, at 3:00pm at the American Legion Post #178, 1655 Simms St., Lakewood, Colorado.
