August 20, 1960 - September 23, 2013 Kirk Edward Tone was born in Tacoma, Washington on August 20, 1960. He is survived by his wife Joanna Tone, children Melissa Tone, Kevin Tone, and step children Nicholas Alderete, Patricia Alderete, and Shane Alderete, sisters Lenea Tone, Michelle Tone, brother Robert Tone, Christian Tone, and his mother Judy Marks along with his beautiful grandchildren. Kirk was in the Air Force for 11 years. He then moved to Florida where he resided for a few years. He then relocated to Colorado and has been ever since. Kirk loved to visit Estes Park, his favorite place in Colorado. Kirk loved to fish and put together airplane models. Kirk always wanted to be an Author and had started writing his first book but unfortunately his fatal illness did not allow him to finish it. Hopefully one day his book can be completed and read by many. Kirk was a loving and caring husband, father, son, brother, and grandfather. He will forever be missed.
