Jeanette Ilene James, age 82, went home to be with her Lord and Savior August 27, 2016. Funeral services will be held at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver Colorado, September 9, 2016. Jeanette, also known as Jan, lived in Arvada Colorado. Born July 4, 1934, in Des Moines, Iowa, is survived by her three children, Steve Brown of Des Moines, Iowa, Randy Brown of Aurora, Colorado, Tammy Wildhagen of Arvada, Colorado, grandchildren, Tanna and Michael, two great-grandchildren, Tevone and Alexis, and one sister, Linda Behrens of Celina, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, John (Jack) James, parents, Harold and Genevieve Carlson, and brother, Harold (Sonny) Carlson. Jeanette spent her career in modeling and sales. She was very upbeat and positive, had a good sense of humor and laughed a lot. She was a loving mother and grandmother as well as a faithful and dependable friend to many. She was loved by all that knew her and memories of her will be forever cherished. Service: 12:30 Friday, September 9, 2016 Fort Logan National Cemetery
