George Thomas Welch passed away November 18, 2015.  He was 51 years of age.  Born in Sacramento, California on October 5, 1964 to Frances Lee Welch (nee Chance) and George Ira Welch.  He leaves to grieve his three daughters, Ashley, Alexandra, and Amber, his mother, Frances, two sisters, Lynne and Allison and one brother, Michael!
