Gary Wayne Yoder, 86, of Denver, CO, passed away Friday, December 27th, 2024 in Denver, CO.

 Born in Ottumwa, IA, September 30th, 1938 to Walter and Goldie Yoder. On June 6th, 1959 he was united in marriage to Sandra Kathryn Johnson. 

He is survived by his children, Danette Yoder, Randy Yoder (Christine), and Kari Morgan (David); grandchildren, Taylor Oney (Scott), BaiLee Hutton, and Bryson Yoder; and great grandchildren, Wyoming Hutton and Chevelle Hutton. 

He was preceded in death by his parents Walter and Goldie Yoder, His brothers Walter Donald Yoder and Bob Gene Yoder and his wife Sandra. 

He retired from Burlington Northern Railroad, as a switchman after 38 years. 

He was a devoted member of the Westminster Elks Lodge #2227 for 53 years. He loved to golf and was an avid outdoorsman favoring bow hunting, bird hunting, fishing and trap shooting. 

The memorial luncheon will be held on Saturday, February 1st, 2025 at 11am at the Westminster Elks Lodge #2227 3850 Elk Dr. Westminster, CO 80030
