He is survived by his children Richard, Laurel, Montana, Nannette (Allen) Vorhies, Golden, Colorado; grandchildren Christopher (Andrea) Vorhies, Lakewood, Colorado, and Catherine Vorhies, Longbeach, California. Gene was cremated. No services are scheduled.
