March 13, 1920 - May 10, 2012 92, passed away May 10th 2012 in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Elouise is preceded in death by her loving husband Agapito Atencio; son Jim Atencio; brother Spud Hunt; sisters Nadine Spring and Delia Barsh. She is survived by Sweetheart Joe Gorski; sister Elaine (Ken) Morgensen; brother Newt (Shirley) Hunt; son Mike (Sue) Atencio and John Atencio; daughters Elouise (Ted) Schultz and Stacy (Robin) Atencio; daughter in law Tiny Atencio; grandchildren Dianna (Paul) Brunner, Keaton Brunner, David (Delane) Atencio, Darrick (Angela) Atencio, Scott (Stephanie) Atencio, Carey (Sabastian Reyes) Atencio, Peter Atencio, Alexi Atencio, Stephanie LoSasso and Sara LoSasso; Great Grandchildren Kayleigh Brunner, Kimbri Brunner, Kari Brunner, MacKenzie Atencio, Marina Atencio, Xavier Atencio, Xander Atencio, Constanza Atencio-Reyes, Anthony LoSasso, Amorina LoSasso and Louie Gaitan. Elouise will be deeply missed by all of her family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00AM Monday, May 21, 2012 at Arvada Covenant Church located at 5555 Ward Road, Arvada, Colorado. A private burial for Elouise took place at Ft. Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colorado on May 18, 2012
