Ellie Jewell Jimmerson was born to Floyd Jimmerson and Eunice Meaderis on Thursday, April 18th, 1940 in Temple, Texas, along with siblings; Floyd Jr., Jobie, Darlene, Wynette, Ray, Kathy, and Ricky. He was a loving father to his three children; Ellie Jimmerson Jr., Charles Jimmerson, and Tyrone Brown. Ellie graduated from Manual High School in 1960, where he moved on to become a Master Chef for several restaurants. He had a host of nieces and nephews that loved him dearly. Due to COVID-19, they and other family and friends were unable to attend services.
