Edward Lewis Kent, 83, recently of Arvada, CO, formerly of Evergreen, CO, passed away October 5, 2016. Ed was born October 27, 1932, in Appleton, CO. He is survived by his seven children, eleven grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. He was deeply devoted to his family. Ed was a 20-year Air Force veteran (retired) and served during the Korean and Vietnam Wars. After his military service, he worked as a telephone linemen and then a carpenter/woodworker until his retirement. He was a lifelong outdoors-man and lover of dancing, fishing, and leather-crafting. A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 10, 2016, at 4 PM, at Spirit of Christ Catholic Church (in the Chapel), Arvada, CO. Ed/Dad/Pop will be dearly missed by family and friends.
