Passed away on 12/28/15 at his home at Thornton, Co.  He was proceeded in death by his parents Edwin Leontina Bender his brother Bob. as well as his brother-in-law, Jim Rezmer.  He is survived by his sisters, Dar Rezmer, Jamestown, ND,Bev Anderson, Bismarck, ND, two brothers Rod(Dianne), Bismarck,ND Jack,AZ, 4 stepsons David (Stacy) Jerome,August Thomas Feist,and several grand children.  A committal service will be held at a later date at the V.A. Cemetary, Mandan,N.D.  Colorado Crematory( Malesich and Shirey Funeral Home) is caring for the family.
