Charles P. Lucero passed away peacefully on February 17, 2016 at the age of 82.  He was born October 12, 1933 in New Mexico to his parents, Procopio and Maria Lucero.  He is survived by his wife of 60 years Virginia Lucero, daughters Beckie (Bob) Yoder, Terry (Leroy) Hohn, Angie (Bob) Schultz, Melissa (Brad) Johnson and sons Raymond (Veronica) Lucero and Christopher (Michelle, deceased) Lucero. Charles is also survived by his brother Art (Lorraine) Lucero.  He loved and help raise 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
