November 6, 1953 - August 16, 2012 Candance Lee Chumley-McAshan died Thursday August 16, 2012 at Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, CO she was 58 years old. Memorial Services will be announced later by the family. Malesich and Shirey Funeral Home Colorado Crematory of Arvada has charge of the arrangements.
