Antionette Marie Evangelista, “Toni” was born on September 22, 1968, in Denver, Colorado to Ernesto and Irene Evangelista. She passed away on October 3, 2026, in Denver, Colorado. She is survived by her parents Irene, Rene. Sister Averi; Children Josen, Adrianna, Grant, Caleb, and grandson Nolan. Her Father Ernie’s children, Eric, Ernie, and Jacquie. 

She attended Pomona High/Warren Tech, to learn how to be a Dental Assistant. After learning to be a Dental Assistant, she went on to be an EDDA (Expanded Dental Assistant.) That became her career and she was very proficient at her job. Toni was always there for her children. Recently two of her sons and nephew Michael were in motorcycle accidents, she was there to take care of them. 

She was a breast cancer survivor. Toni was an outgoing person, and not afraid to try something new. She recently took up motorcycling herself. She went boating almost every weekend with Travis, the man she loved. She loved to chase waterfalls with her children, and grandson. 

Her last request was to love no matter what!
