November 12, 1979 - October 2, 2012 Nadine Nicholle Ortivez, of Lakewood passed away October 2, 2012 at her mother's home, she was 32 years old. She is survived by her parents; Gina Aquila and Jose E. Ortivez, Jr.; her five children, Armani, Joell, Sammy, Santino, and Christopher; two brothers, Joshua J. Ortivez and Matthew M. Atencio, Jr; sister, Ashleigh T. Atencio; her grandparents, Arlene G. Clater, Jose E. Ortivez, Sr., and Alice Ortivez; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends also mourn her passing. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 11:00 am at A New Beginning, 2201 W. 34th Ave. Denver, CO 80211; Bernie Vasquez will officiate, a reception will follow the service at Bethel Christian Fellowship, 5403 W. 1st Ave. Lakewood, CO 80226.
